At Fit2Run, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your fitness journey. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your unworn items and original tags inside the shipping box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund progress.
